At Pavão, we do not offer returns. We only allow size exchanges, subject to the conditions below.

Exchange Policy

 

You may request a one-time size exchange if:

• The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition

• All original packaging and tags are intact

• The exchange request is made within 7 days of receiving your order

📦 Exchanges are allowed only once per order.
If you require a second exchange, a flat charge of ₹300 will apply.

Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

• Sale items, personalized products, and items marked “Final Sale”

• Items not returned in original condition

Shipping Charges

 

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

• Return shipping is to be arranged by the customer unless the item received was incorrect or defective
